  I have used Buderim Dry Cleaners a number of times for normal requests and never had any problems so I enquired about my wedding dress (handmade lace and more than 20yrs old) and a silk evening dress - both had mould and discolouration. They were very honest and explained they couldn’t guarantee they could remove all and the material could be impacted. BUT WOW!!!!! Both dresses were returned absolutely perfect! Could not have been happier! Donna was simply outstanding. I highly recommend and won’t go anywhere else.

  I delivered an item for removal of a very small ink stain. I was told "It will be ready in a week, we'll send you a text. No text received so I called the shop and gave them my details and ticket number. "No it's not back, we quoted you 2/3 weeks" was the incorrect retort from a very unfriendly assistant. At the end of the second week I called back and again gave all my details and ticket number. Same assistant replies "No it's not back, we are currently working on 3 week turnaround". Not happy with being given the runaround I asked for my item back. A short time later the assistant phones to say the item had, in fact ,been returned to the shop at the end of the first week!!! NO apology or reason why it couldn't be found on the occasions I phoned except that "It was sitting on a shelf" The item came back OK but the staff at the shop are unprofessional and unfriendly .

  New owners have made so much difference professional, Friendly & excellent service, very happy and definitely will bring all my alterations, ironing, dry cleaning here in future, well done !

  I had my wedding dress dry cleaned and boxed here. The service was lovely, and they rang me to come and see the dress and check the work before boxing which was very thoughtful. They did a great job. Very reasonably priced, especially in comparison to some of the quote I recieved!

  Great service! They got a stain out of my cream suit that other drycleaners had told me was impossible. Been coming back ever since - my sister even had her wedding dress done here. Great people, really reliable.
