- MAC edward Added January 09, 2023★ ★ ★ ★ ★Have never had a blood test before, this was my 3rd clinic I had gone to as the previous ones couldn’t find a vein. Had high nerves and nurse Jamie was an absolute legend, she calmed me down, took my mind off it and was able to get a blood test! I went in at 9am on Monday and was out 15 minutes later. Super happy with the staff there and want to thank Jamie for doing an amazing job!

Specifically "Naomi" who clearly needs to re-evaluate whether she is suited to working with the community. I had urgent bloods to be taken. Naomi refused to have them picked up by a courier, (which is ALL pathology providers protocol; not just QML), rudely telling me "that's not going to happen." & "that isn't how we do things here." I had waited 1hr 20mins for her to perform 4 blood tests ahead of me - only to have her flat out refuse to follow protocol. I walked out, and had the test performed by the always efficient and professional team at Kawana.
