  Great experience. Had our 100k service done here.
  Had an issue with the vehicle the following day. No fault of the dealership or mechanics just a bit of bad luck the part failed the day after. The team specifically Andrew was extremely helpful and had incredible customer service. The team diagnosed the issue and had a remedy for us in a very short period of time. They all went above and beyond for us. We will be taking all our vehicles here for the future.

  Not all scam artists have accents, I assure you.
  
  1. You do not need to return your Nissan vehicle to a Nissan to get your warranty - by law. They will tell you otherwise.
  2. They are trained to scam you into making "add-on" costs for services or products, such as windscreen wipers and new brushes/control arms, etc when you don't need any.
  3. I started getting job quotes with other mechanics after suspecting foul play. Every independently owned mechanic has sent my car back saying the work Nissan told me I needed doesn't need to be done for at least two more services and has quoted up to 60% less than what Nissan did.
  4. They've combined Nissan and Holden and now you have approximately twelve car spaces and multiple people dropping their vehicle off per day for services and many more who are simply there for sales. Nissan don't seem to care about that. The concern is in capitalising for profits.
  
  I'll never go back to Nissan Maroochydore and I'll certainly never get a Nissan again.

  Buy a new car that rust from.the day you buy it. Nissan.waits till its out of warranty and then wipes their hands of the vehicle. Shonky repairs and paint is peeling. Wont buy another nissan but will push to make them buy my car back. Check Your car top to bottom when buying a new car and if you find any faults ask for a new car before you drive it away as They wont help you after warranty has ended even if you had the problem from day one. They had to replace.engine parts 1 week after I picked the car up due to.rust and corrosion.
