  Neil is amazing to work with. He is very honest & knowledgeable & he can find a great car & a great deal. It's so much nicer to deal with Neal then the hard push sales people at the major car yards.

  At first he seemed helpful until he came back with a van that was nothing like what I had said I wanted. When I was raising my concerns, he was really condescending and talking to me as if I was stupid. When speaking to my mechanic friend he totally agreed with the points that I had raised. He said I would never find what I'm looking for but I did without his help. Never going back!

  At first Neil seemed like a genuinely good car salesman and a good guy, boy did this change!! Saw a car on Thursday, we were really keen on the car and told him we will purchase the car. He got all excited gushing how he was going to tell the previous owner the car was going to a nice young family. We shook hands in good faith with Neil and asked about next steps, we were ready to purchase with a bank cheque. I asked to take the car to my local mechanic to have a look. On Friday my mechanic found 4 faults that would not pass a roadworthy and I told Neil straight away, gave him the note from my mechanic and said we were still keen on the car but see what you can do about this. He said no worries he would call his trade guys and get back to me. Weekend passed and on Monday my partner rang Neil and left a message. Neil rang back and said some guy from NSW drove up on the weekend (while the border is closed!!) and bought the car. He never rang or messaged us to let us consider purchasing the car without getting those things fixed; we were waiting to hear from him once he spoke with his trades. Neil intentially broke our good faith handshake and proved himself to be a stereotypical car salesman. Completely unprofessional. He didn't even offer to help us purchase a different car! Goes to show he is only it in for himself and doesn't care about decency. Do not recommend!
  
  *Response to Neil's comment: A phone call with a discussion of your position would have been nice, with the option of purchasing without the faults fixed as stated in the above. I am more disappointed that there was no discussion, no contact at all. Also included in the above, a response from you to help with the purchase of another vehicle would have been appreciated and would have made the whole ordeal sting a bit less. The fact of the matter is you ignored us and wasted our time hoping to receive word from you. It was not the right way to go about this on your part.
